1. Return Eligibility
To maintain our product quality standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, dust bags, and protective materials must be included.
- Any item that has been altered, damaged, or used cannot be returned.
We kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our BeltActive Customer Service team at info@beltactive.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our facility to verify condition and authenticity.
If the return meets all policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days of approval.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional few days to appear in your account.
3. Return Shipping
As BeltActive ships globally from our international distribution center in Turkey, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We highly recommend using a trackable courier service (UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure safe delivery of your returned product.
Please note:
BeltActive is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, BeltActive will issue your refund via the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 1–2 business days to process on our end, though additional bank processing time may apply depending on your financial institution.
For any refund delays exceeding 7 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to our support team — this helps expedite the resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
6. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request.
Returns requested after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
